At Anger Management, you are free to smash, bash and destroy things in our specially designed rage room that gives you space to vent in ways that could create trouble in the outside world.

In today’s society, there’s an absence of ways to experience the “fight” portion of our natural fight or flight response. Anger Management gives you the chance to RAGE in a private room full of inanimate objects, leaving destruction in your wake.
As Greenville, NC’s only anger and rage room that allows participants to smash an actual car, Anger Management is sure to deliver the release you need.

Although Anger Management is not a medically therapeutic clinic, clients find that they leave here calmer, happier, and more at peace.
safety & precautions to consider
Minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Anyone between the ages of 8 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants must wear closed toe shoes. Long sleeve top is recommended.
Pregnant women may not participate in Anger Management rooms.
Protective gear, weapons and clean-up provided by Anger Management.
Personal items for B.Y.O.S. subject to Anger Management approval. Please Contact Us before bringing in own items

We have packages for every budget, so you can go ahead and take it out on us, letting you clear your head and feel a sense of relief. Our break room bays allow for plate smashing, demolition, and destruction with no judgment. At Anger Management, we specialize in:

Sessions last 30 minutes. We provide longer sessions for parties and corporate events. We offer packages that include glass breakables and even some car smashing! Check out our packages and pricing here and get ready to take it out on us.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session in order to sign waivers, and get your safety gear on!
If you arrive late you will lose time towards your service out of respect for appointments that follow!
Vehicles in the therapy room may not be in pristine condition. We switch the vehicles out on an as needed basis.
